Flavour and Strangers (2020)

Flavour and strangers is a theatrical multi-sensory light performance that enhances your drinking experience while sipping your favourite cocktail! With the use of a mirror and fog machine, the volumetric light structure from the projector appeared and created an immersive space to which participants are attracted. In addition, as olfactory cues are strongly interconnected with the taste itself, the smell of various essential oils are released according to the visuals. This is an exploration of how multi-sensory cues affect taste experience.
